• Venue Walkthrough
• Manage and book wedding vendors (facilitate day of wedding) per your instructions; 3 Little Birds will be available in person or by telephone during the entire wedding day and process leading up to your wedding to assist vendors with any problems or questions
• Wedding Coordinator to attend and coordinate rehearsal (per scheduled availability)
• Manage vendor and décor setup at ceremony and receptions sites
• Manage wedding party
• Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception
• Ensure payment of vendor tips and balances
• Pack up any personal or rented items, gifts and/or cards and ensure they go in the designated vehicles
• Be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise
